CHAMPION AF120 Steam

Type G Spiral Wound Gasket (Gasket Only)

Design: Spiral wound metallic sealing element only, constructed without inner or centering rings.

Suitability: Best for tongue-and-groove, male-female, and groove flanges. Ideal where the sealing width is restricted.

Type CG Spiral Wound Gasket (Centering Ring)

Design: Sealing element combined with a solid metallic centering (outer) ring.

Suitability: Standard ASME B16.20 gaskets for raised-face and flat-face flanges. The outer ring centers the gasket on flange bolts, acts as a compression stop, and prevents blow-out.
